Tai joins bringing valuable experience as a sports performance coach in Central Virginia since 2007. Tai has a passion for improving movement and power qualities in his athletes. He has developed sports performance programs at various local gyms and has been the sports performance coach at Virginia Episcopal School for 7 years. Tai has a special interest in the training of rotational athletes from baseball, softball, and golf.
Tai was a standout football and basketball athlete in the Lynchburg area. He attended Liberty University and spent time playing professional football internationally. He had the opportunity to work with various local youth and high school programs and individual athletes including: 9 Virginia Player of the Year winners in various sports and 25+ future NCAA D1 Athletes.

Maggie joins with a passion for training athletes to achieve their maximum potential, primarily through strength training and conditioning. Maggie joins with a passion for training athletes to achieve their maximum potential, primarily through strength training and conditioning. Having been an athlete for most of her life, she values the principles of functional movement and strength development. She plans to use her knowledge to help athletes to maximize their performance. Seeing the benefit that exercise and sports have had for her personally throughout many seasons of life, Maggie now has a desire to bring those benefits to others whenever possible.
Maggie graduated from Liberty University’s Master’s Degree program in Human Performance in 2021 and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Exercise and Sport Sciences. Maggie was a 400-meter sprinter on Liberty University’s Division 1 Track and Field team and continues to have a passion for track and field. She spent one year as a volunteer strength and conditioning coach for Liberty University’s men’s ultimate frisbee team. Additionally, she has experience training individuals ranging from high school athletes to elderly individuals.

Chandler has a passion for empowering the next generation of athletes through training. His primary goal is to provide his athletes/clients with intentional care and instruction on developing various training qualities to reach their personal and athletic goals.
Chandler spent the first two years of college playing football at Wesley College and Liberty University before transitioning to coaching as an intern Strength Coach for Liberty University’s Football team. He has since transitioned to a Volunteer coach with Liberty University’s Track and Field team, where he has been for the past three years. Chandler heads the programming for the return-to-play athletes, helping them gain the strength to compete at a high level again.
Chandler became a patient of VSSI due to two disk herniations and a fractured Sacrum. With the care he received from the clinic, he was inspired to help others battling back pain. Chandler graduated from Liberty University with a B.S. in Exercise Science: Strength and Conditioning and plans on continuing his education by pursuing a Master’s Degree in Human Performance.

Elke’s passion for fitness began in middle school during offseason soccer and track and field training. She describes herself as fortunate to have had a father with a keen eye for movement and dedication to progress as her coach during those years. Various injuries and health issues throughout high school and college shifted her desire from solely personal performance to an eagerness to also help others move well and excel in the activities they love.
Elke graduated from Liberty University in 2018 with a B.S in Exercise Science. Overlapping with her degree, she worked as a Personal Trainer for three years and post-graduation, as a Wellness Coordinator for one and a half years. She started her Master’s Degree in Human Performance, and Graduate Assistantship with Liberty University Club Sports Strength and Conditioning in the Fall of 2021. When she isn’t coaching, she enjoys playing volleyball, reading, and spending quality time with church family and friends.

In 2015, Sunday received her masters in clinical counseling, with her professional license in 2019. Since then, she has focused on working with those who have survived sexual trauma. She’s been married for 24 years and has two children. In her free moments she loves spending time with family and friends, enjoying outdoors, and watching Kentucky basketball.
Ryan has been licensed by the state of Virginia as a Licensed Therapist since 2014, and has 15 years of experience working for non-profit organizations. With a focus on Mental Health Services, Ryan has a passion for providing care to underrepresented individuals, families, and communities in Lynchburg and the surrounding area.

Kirstin loves people! She is passionate about helping people grow in self-confidence and achieve new goals. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for nearly 20 years, she has experience working with individuals of all ages who struggle with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, body image, relationship difficulties, and those who simply feel stuck. While she currently resides in Wisconsin, one of her favorite places to work was in Virginia with college athletes.

Dr. Steve Warren is in residency in the state of Virginia for his LPB. He has a PhD from Liberty University in professional Counseling. His clinical areas of practice include adults, adolescents and college age individuals. Particular areas of interest include: family problems, Parent/child relational issues, depression, anxiety, and adjustment problems. Dr. Warren has been the Dean of the School of Behavioral Sciences at Liberty University and Vice-president at the American Association of Christian Counselors. Steve now serves as a core faculty member in the Clinical Mental Health program at Liberty. Dr. Warren and his wife Jennifer have been married since 1998 and have three active children. Dr. Warren enjoys running, fitness, sports, and outdoor actives.

Morrice is a mental coach and applied psychological consultant. Born in London England and raised in Charlottesville, VA, he has obtained education and professional experience from a diverse range of institutions supporting his ability to
be congruent with clients and organizations that he supports. As a scholar and former athlete, his undergraduate study of the mind and body at the University of Nebraska and Liberty University has enabled him to assess behavior and motivation for individuals. While receiving his M.A. from Liberty in Counseling, he completed a Sports Psychology internship at the University of TN, Knoxville. After graduation, Morrice was a guidance director for Albemarle County Schools and was a lead personal trainer for the University of VA. His next experience was serving as a District Administrator and Nonviolent Practitioner for one of the largest school systems in the country. In this capacity he co-facilitated behavioral analysis and support for more than 117k students and staff. This dynamic teamwork led to the receipt of
national recognition from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and others for decreasing violence and improving school climates. While working to receive his second M.A. in Psychology from Saybrook University, Morrice began to voluntarily serve as a training instructor, teaching disaster psychology and terrorism for the city of Memphis’ Emergency Management Agency/
Homeland Security office. With a passion to continuously serve others, Morrice has continued his pursuit to understand people with doctoral training in clinical
psychology from Saybrook University. He has experience in neuropsychological assessment, cognitive rehabilitation, therapeutic support, and performance enhancement of people ranging from schools and corporate America to professional athletes. Many individuals supported have endured TBI, PTSD, ADD/ADHD, learning difficulties, stroke, addiction, anxiety, depression, and other
complicating illnesses. In this coaching and consulting capacity, Morrice provides a passion for developing people by helping to define a sense of purpose, refine daily practices to increase performance and increase intrinsic motivation to develop
from the inside out.
